The chef charges a cooking fee per meal, (please note that ingredient costs are in addition to the cooking fee). Fees are as follows:
- Breakfast Buffet €160*
- Lunch or Dinner Service (2 courses) €235*
- Lunch or Dinner Service (3 courses) €265*
- *(Prices are for groups of up to 15 people - €30 more per cooking fee for groups over 15 to cover for extra staffing.
- 10% tax is added to the above cooking fees.
- Clients can discuss and select the choice of menu with the chef. The chef plan and prepare an estimated costs of the Ingredients,which are charged separately from the fee. The cooking fees should be paid in advance of arrival, by bank transfer.
- The first day's menu should also be agreed in advance. All ingredient costs are payable on a day to day basis in cash upon proof of receipts. Subsequent menus and timings can be discussed in person to suit your needs.
